A great idea may be the genesis of a great creation. Incredible personalities are more worried about 'the why' and 'the how' of a marvel. Great minds generally have a clearer idea of 'the big picture'. The greater and bigger the ideas the greater and bigger it makes us.
An average mind has lesser curiosity and always discuss the things are happening right now in your life and around you. This is not a bad thing unless you get so distracted by events that you let them control you and your emotions.
Smalls minds tend to be always surrounded by the same people they speak low about, condemn or criticize. Such people always care about what other people are doing, saying, etc. that they stop focusing on their lives or great ideas. Small minds only attract more of the evil they weep about.
