Strength does not come from what you can do. It comes from overcoming the things you once thought you could not.

Strength does not come from what you can do. It comes from overcoming the things you once thought you could not.
-Rikki Rogers
In life, we all go through hard times, times where our strength and fortitude are tried and tested. These tough times can come in many forms: going through a breakup, losing a loved one, business hardship, job loss or fighting to overcome a life challenge or obstacle. While during them, it can feel impossible to find your inner strength and motivation always remember, if you dig deep enough, it’s there.

Remember if you’ve accomplished something great before you never thought possible, you can do it again. Stay focused work hard and knows you can do it. Even when we accomplish things we never thought possible and become stronger for it, with time we eventually forget what it took to get there. Every defeat, every heartbreak, every loss, contains its own seed, its own lesson on how to improve your performance the next time.

Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through great hardships and decide not to surrender, that is a strength. All the adversity we’ve had in life, all troubles and obstacles, have strengthened us, motivated us. We may not realize it when it happens, but a kick in the teeth may be the best things in the world for us.
