BE CONTENT TO ACT; AND LEAVE THE TALKING TO OTHER - BALTASA
Speaking unhealthy of somebody who's not near. Not a pleasant habit, and we know well that the person gossiping, five minutes later, will be gossiping about us. Negative chatter quickly shifts into a lie, a dangerous and harmful practice. Great minds discuss ideas; average minds discuss events; small minds discuss people. It’s very hard to listen to somebody if you know that you're being judged and found wanting at the same time. Society has cultivated a culture of judgment.

Excuses don't really help anyone, unquestionably not us. If you've made a mistake, the quickest way to get someone to listen is to confess your mistake quickly. At other times, we may talk about others’ blunders because we’re sceptical of them. What are the results of speaking of others’ faults? Nothing.

We want to be respected and appreciated as much as they are. In the back of our minds, there’s the thought, "If someone criticizes and see the bad qualities of others we think they are better than us, then instead of honouring and helping them, we should stop that gossiping and continue our priority tasks. Seize the day by quality work rather than gossip. Make a difference. Stay motivated.
