Stick to the Basics



When things feel messy or overwhelming, don’t overthink. Go back to the basics.

Drink water. Move your body. Write things down. Breathe. Get some sleep. Do the next small task.

It’s easy to chase fancy routines or big ideas. But real progress usually comes from doing simple things, consistently.

Basics aren’t boring. They’re the foundation.

If you’re stuck, don’t do more—do less, better.

Strip it back. Keep it clear. Keep it moving.
