But strength isn’t how you feel. It’s what you do.

It’s showing up when it’s hard. Trying again when you’d rather quit. Taking the next step even when everything in you says stop.

If you're here, still pushing, still trying—you’re strong. Even if you don’t feel it.

Especially then.

So keep going. Quiet strength is still strength.
